Accesshub was co-founded by Tatenda Mugumbate and Simbarashe Kapfudza, two Zimbabwean engineering and management specialists and beneficiaries of the Presidential and National Scholarship of Zimbabwe.

A civil engineer specialising in urban construction and municipal engineering, trained at Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, with a master's qualification in Management from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba.

A recipient of the Presidential and National Scholarship, Tatenda combines an engineering background with management and strategic business knowledge.

A civil engineer specialising in urban construction and municipal engineering, trained at Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, with a master's qualification in Management from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba.

A recipient of the Presidential and National Scholarship, Simbarashe brings engineering education and management training together with a practical interest in urban infrastructure, transport systems, traffic operations and technical project delivery.

Evgeny Pentsev

Senior Lecturer, Department of Urban Construction, Institute of Architecture and Art, Ural Federal University

Evgeny Aleksandrovich Pentsev brings more than twenty years of professional experience in urban planning and transport infrastructure to Accesshub assignments.

He headed the territorial planning department responsible for the Ural Federal District, which produced urban planning documentation ranging from layout and land surveying projects up to the territorial planning scheme of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

  • Supervises course projects and final qualifying works in urban design and information modelling in urban planning at the Institute of Architecture and Construction, Ural Federal University
